This is a video that was  found on YouTube and it really says it all … especially for people who ignore us … clothing manufacturers,  TV programmers, Radio stations, make-up companies, beauticians, shoe manufacturers, and the rest. They just don’t get it!

Baby boomer women are part of the biggest market today and we are growing in numbers (watch the video!). We’re aging and we want to know about anti-aging, diet and exercise, what-to-wear and what- not-to-wear, where to buy what we want. We want to watch television produced by us on topics we care about. We want  to be acknowledged for what we still have to offer and we want the practice of age-ism really banned … at present, governments, companies, the young, hirers and firers, pay lip service only. Just as they do with women of all ages … it really is time that sexism be relegated to the past, where it belongs.

We MUST start standing up and speaking out …
