Friday, 12th August in cold but sunny Melbourne started with what is becoming customary nowadays … a chat with the Telstra complaints department. This journey into the realms of ineptitude, inefficiency and ineffectiveness was repeated a short time later by travelling into the AGL and Energy Australia territories.
